This writing activity will help your child reflect on times they strengthened their “hero” muscles.

Martin Luther King Jr. was a hero who was peaceful and brave.

Write about a time when you were peaceful or brave.

Pick one of the writing prompts below.

  • Write about a time when you could have fought with someone, but instead you were peaceful.
